Organisation and Human Resources

The proposal developed by M&IT Consulting in the Organization and Human Resources area is:

- implementation of improvement programs based on approaches and methodologies that involve strong top management commissioning and profound cultural changes (TQM, Six Sigma, Lean Thinking)
- development of human resources management and development system, through structural actions (development of evaluation systems or rewarding/incentive systems) or through support actions, such as targeted training courses or coaching/counseling.
